Family entertainment winter concerts kick off Saturday, Jan. 5.

Reno, Nevada. Dec. 18, 2012. Washoe County Regional Parks is pleased to announce the 17th season of the popular Come in from the Cold Winter Entertainment Series. Every Saturday night from Jan .5 through Mar. 9, 2013, performers from a wide variety of musical genres, including Northern Nevada Bluegrass, Cowboy poet Larry Maurice and Homemade Jam, will play in the Western Heritage Interpretive Center at Bartley Ranch. Seating is limited to 280 persons and doors open at 5 p.m. The Come in from the Cold series is made available thanks to generous support from the performers, sponsors and audiences. A $3 per person donation is encouraged to help support this and future park programs. The complete series schedule is listed below: Jan. 5: Northern Nevada Bluegrass
