On Saturday, March 23 Dr. Meldrum will give a detailed presentation on his Bigfoot research as part of the Museum’s Conversing with Creatures lecture series. The event includes a Q&A, as well as a sale and signing of Dr. Meldrum’s book Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science. Dr. Meldrum returns Sunday, March 24 for a short talk and demonstration on footprint casting techniques.
Dr. Meldrum teaches anthropology and anatomy at Idaho State University. He has conducted extensive Bigfoot research throughout the Pacific Northwest, as well as Canada, China, and Russia. He has appeared on NPR, the Today Show, National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, SyFy Channel, Animal Planet, and many more.
